Subscriptions
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
If you subscribed in the iPhone app: go to your Profile in the app and tap Manage subscription, or open your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Subscriptions bought through the App Store are managed by Apple.
If you subscribed on our website or Android app: go to your Profile in the app and tap Cancel subscription.
After you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
I've paid but my account still shows the free plan
Your subscription belongs to your OnCourtAI account, so log in with the same account you subscribed with. In the iPhone app, open any upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases. If it still isn't showing, email us and we'll sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for purchases made in the iPhone app are handled by Apple: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For website subscriptions, email us.

I've forgotten my password
On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and we'll email you a link to set a new one. If you're logged in, you can also use Profile → Account → Change Password.
Why should I verify my email?
Verifying your email confirms your account and gives you an extra free upload each month. In your Profile, under Verify your email, tap Send verification code and enter the 4-digit code we email you.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. Your account is closed straight away, and your personal details, videos and chat history are permanently deleted within 30 days. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel that in your iPhone Settings too. See our Privacy & Cookie Policy for details.
Getting the best analysis
- Film from the side, with the camera at 90° to your body (not in front or behind).
- Keep your whole body in the frame, head to feet, about 3–4 metres (10–15 feet) from the camera.
- Keep the camera still: use a tripod, or lean your phone against a fence, bench or water bottle.
- Hit 3–5 shots in one video for better analysis and consistency tracking.
- Use good light: avoid having the sun behind you, and record in landscape (horizontal) for better framing.
Analysis usually takes about a minute. You'll see a message when it's ready.
Your videos and AI coaching
Your videos are analysed on our own servers. Coach Chris's written feedback and chat replies are generated by OpenAI from your first name, scores and chat messages; your videos are not sent to OpenAI. You can delete any video from the app at any time. More detail is in our Privacy & Cookie Policy and Terms of Service.
